ORIGIN AND DEVELOPMENT

In 1986 Persianas Roma S.L. was founded in Ourense, Spain. With the aim of supplying shutter components, Aceper was founded and during the 1990s and 2000s it expanded, taking advantage of the construction boom, which facilitated new alliances and the start of our international expansion.

In 2004, in order to diversify our business and consolidate in Catalonia, we acquired 100% of UNITOLDO S.L., which allowed us to grow rapidly in the region.

In 2007, the Madrid branch was strengthened with the purchase of Hija de Narciso González S.A., the largest company in the awning sector in Madrid. Despite the 2008 crisis, this acquisition consolidated our leadership in the sector and helped the group to grow in difficult economic times.

Continuing with our philosophy of sustained growth and new projects, in 2022, Grupo Roma acquired Entrecortinas S.L., owner of the FLEXOL and MOSQUIFLEX brands, leaders in technical curtains and mosquito nets.

We have more than 40,000 square metres of facilities with a team of more than 200 employees.

We have our own fleet that allows us to make weekly deliveries throughout the peninsula, guaranteeing compliance with deadlines and customer satisfaction.
